Each guest room features a comfortable king bed, with the second bedroom also offering a twin-size bunk bed—perfect for kids or extra guests. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook just like you’re at home. Enjoy the community’s heated pool, ideal even on cooler days. Beach toys, chairs, and a wagon are provided to make your beach trips easy and fun. Best of all, the beach pier entrance is just a 5-minute walk from the front door! We provide a charcoal grill for you to use so you can grill outside. But please move the grill away from the home when in use. Very close to St.Andrews state park entrance while being in the middle of everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

HOUSE RULES (STRICTLY ENFORCED – NO EXCEPTIONS) Booking Requirements The primary booking guest MUST BE 25 YEARS of age or older. This is per our HOA policy. The booking guest needs to be available in person for the entire duration of the stay. Occupancy Limits Maximum occupancy is 6 guests at all times per Bay County Fire Marshal regulations. Noise & Conduct Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. Parties, events, gatherings, and loud music are strictly prohibited at all times. Any disturbance to neighbors may result in immediate action. Smoking & Substance Policy (ZERO TOLERANCE) Smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco, and drug use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas. Guests must leave the entire property and parking area to smoke. Any evidence during or after your stay example: (odor, residue, butts, paraphernalia, etc.) will result in: A $250 minimum cleaning fee, and Immediate termination of the reservation without refund Damages & Liability Guests are financially responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. Additional charges will be applied through the booking platform as needed. Rule Violations Any violation of these house rules will result in immediate eviction without refund. Local authorities may be contacted if necessary.

To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, our property is 100% smoke-free, vape free, chew, nicotine pouches and drug-free. Guests who wish to smoke or use drugs may want to consider other accommodations. We have a maximum occupancy of 6 guests including children and infants per county fire Marshall.
